My Name is Chris Sackey and I’m a drama tutor and confidence coach with a background in acting, performance and creative arts therapy. I dedicate myself to help people connect with their authentic selves through the art of communication and self-expression.

Before discovering acting and the performing arts, I was a reserved teenager. However, the care and attention I received from my teachers and peers helped me grow into the person I am today, giving me the tools to face any challenges that come my way.

I’m now a graduate of the prestigious BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology, as well as the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Los Angeles. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on various theatre, film, and television productions. and for the past five years, I’ve been using my experience to guide others on their journey toward self-confidence and unlocking their potential.

I am now in my final year of my Masters in Drama & Movement Therapy at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where I’m able to deepen my expertise in the creative arts while learning how to apply these skills to support cognitive and emotional development.
